DPFs
Redline Emissions Products® offers aftermarket heavy-duty diesel particulate filters for the full range of Class 3-8 diesel vehicles. All our DPFs are built to meet OEM specs and work seamlessly with other emission components.
Each and every light, medium & heavy-duty DPF goes through a multi-step, hand inspection process where we weigh & flow test each unit. This generates the “Born On Weight™” which is stamped on the DPF ID tag, as well as available by serial number.
DPFs from REP come with matching replacement gaskets, & a 2-year unlimited mileage manufacturer’s warranty.
DOCs
Redline Emissions Products® offers aftermarket DOCs (diesel oxidation catalysts) for Class 3-8 diesel vehicles. Just like our DPFs, these DOCs are OEM quality & work seamlessly with other emission components.
Each DOC goes through a multi-step, quality assurance process where we check for the correct bung location/style, as well as inspect flange fitment and weld integrity.
We offer a broad selection of DOCs ranging from Light Duty to Heavy-Duty applications.
All REP DOCs are shipped with the correct, high-quality replacement gaskets free of charge and feature an industry-leading warranty.
DPF GASKETS
Gaskets are a crucial part of your diesel emissions system, helping to keep the exhaust heat and pressure inside the system.
REP DPF Gaskets are designed with the exact dimensions of the OEM gasket to OEM specifications for a perfect fit. REP replacement gaskets are available for all major manufacturers.
REP DPF Gaskets are packaged individually, clearly marked with OEM crosses, part number, date, etc. We also carry gaskets for retrofit applications.
DPF CLAMPS
V-Clamps are often overlooked as an integral part of a diesel emissions system. Made to exact tolerances, these clamps hold the flanges together and keep the system airtight.
Redline Emissions Products® offers exact-fit OEM or better quality 300 series stainless steel bands and retainers that resist corrosion with an efficient latching mechanism for quick assembly and reassembly. These clamps are often sourced from the same vendor the OE’s use!

WELD BUNGS
DPFs & DOCs are often exposed to harsh environments, with sensors becoming galled in their housing or within the weld bung, making them difficult to remove. Often, removing a sensor can damage or tear out the weld bung.
Redline Emissions Products® offers aftermarket weld bungs for sensor replacements within the DPF & DOC. No need to replace an entire DPF when you can save your customers thousands of dollars with a new weld bung for the repair.
SENSORS
Redline Emissions Products® makes it easy by offering aftermarket OEM replacement sensors for both light and heavy-duty applications.
We carry a wide range of EGT, NOx, O2, and Pressure sensors. All of our sensors are OEM or better quality, to ensure performance and exact fit. Each REP Sensor with a threaded end comes with a tube of anti-seize to help prevent galling.
